No display despite components being on?

So I bought some parts for a new game PC. Here is a list:

RX Vega 56 Sapphire Pulse (both 8 pin connectors are inserted)

Ryzen 2600x with a Hyper 212 Evo

Corsair Vengeance LPX ram 16gb 3200mhz (tried reseating the ram)

Corsair TX 750W Semi Modular Power Supply.

MSI X470 Gaming Plus motherboard.

Essentially both Ram sticks light up red. The VGA is temporarily red. Whenever one RAM stick is removed or none are present the red light on the Boot is on.

I have 3 case fans with one at the back and two at the front all non-rgb and they spin alongside every other component. The Graphics RX VEGA is also on, lighting up in its AMD Vega Red colour and the fan is spinning.

May sound like a daft question but I have used a single PCIE PSU cable with two 8 pin connectors. Do I need to get the other PCIE cable out if the box and use it alongside side of the 8 pins? Effectively having two sets of 8 pin connectors. Rather than getting two 8 pins out of one cable.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this? May even buy someone a game on Steam if a working solution is found. Honestly this is stressing me out
