NO display for my PC

Help again everyone!! I have a new MOBO that i bought from a surplus store!!! When i connected it to my system the Power Led on my CPU case just stays RED and no Display on the screen!!

Maybe that's why it was for sale on a surplus store.

Any answer????? IK it was bought in a surplus but its refurbished so they've must have repaired it?? Right??

Well, do you have a graphics card? Did you plug your monitor to motherboard, or to graphics card?

Well yeah..... but this evening!!! I'd just rest a little while and everything works fine!! DKW!!??? But well thanks for answering mg questions!!
