Question No display from Vega 64

Hey I recently got a Sapphire Vega 64 but when I plugged it I got no display even from the integrated graphics I sure that all connection is fine and my psu is Fsp 700w
(I'm using HDMI to vga adapter)

Make sure you’re ram is not bad by removing 1 stick then the next. Also make sure the ram is plugged in all the way.

Windous starts normally but no display

Please provide FULL PC specs. Have you tried resetting/clearing all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default ? Do you also have the latest BIOS installed of your system ?

I know this is so old but my new ryzen will arrive soon and I want to test the card ASAP

OK.....That's on old system. What is the latest/last BIOS date for this motherboard, 2010 ? Have you tried resetting/clearing all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default ? But like you mentioned before, even the onboard graphics isn't working ?

Are you sure about this ? Because, if the integrated graphics is not giving any display either, then most probably some fault might be there on your mobo. Though, I'm just guessing here. Just make sure all the PSU cables are properly plugged in as well.
