Question No display in my almost new Ryzen 5 2600 build

Spec:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Mobo: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
Ram: Corsair Ven LPX 8x2 3200 (CMK16GX4M2D3200)
Video Card: Power Color RX480 4GB (migrated from my old computer)
PSU: Antec VP 500 (500w, Migrated from my old computer)

It's so baffling, I can see all the lights glowing and all the fans spinning normally yet there is no display.

HDMI is connected to the GPU, not the Mobo.

I have tried the following:

Clearing CMOS by uninstalling the battery
Tried 1 RAM stick in each slot

The Video card is connected to PCIe x16 slot, the other slot is PCIe 1. I haven't tried installing the card in the PCIe 1 slot yet.

Same problem 😔,some told me that ram has problem,but not.sure yet
