No Display Intel DH77EB

I got a new intel DH77EB motherboard today. After installing all the things I installed my graphic card Readon 5450 HD. I only have VGA display which one isn't supported by this motherboard so i need to connect through my graphic card but whenever i try to switch on the pc, it turns on, all the fans and other things work fine expect display. I also changed my ram to GSkull 1600mhz. I'm using Intel I3 2100 processor which I read somewhere that doesn't support 1600mhz ram. So is it the reason?
Would anyone please help me out how can i get resolved this.

Clear the CMOS by removing the battery, wait for 5min, and try to boot into the BIOS, if you can then change the RAM speed to 1333mhz, save and reboot. If you can't even boot into the BIOS, and the problem is the RAM because the1600mhz is only supported by 3rd cpu.
