Question No display/leds won’t turn on

I just built my first pc and I turn it on, the fans are working but the leds on the MOBO and led strips won’t turn on and I don’t get a display on the motherboard. Only light that shows up is a red one above the word “DRAM”.
Specs:
Amd ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 1660 ti 6gb
Gigabyte b450 aorus elite gaming motherboard
16 gb ddr4 ram
650 w bronze power supply
240gb ssd

First: update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Second: Doublecheck the motherboard's User Guide/Manual to ensure that you have installed supported RAM and that that RAM is correctly configured.

Third: Again, using the motherboard's User Guide/Manual go through the applicable troubleshooting sections.
