No display neither any output to any usb devices

I was using g31 LGA 775 Mobo with Pentium E5700 processor, 2×2 gigs of Ram 800Mhz and
After few years computer won't work
Problem: No display nor any output even though cpu fan is working
After consulting technician he asked me to change my Mobo and so my Ram so
I bought a new MoBo G41 LGA 775
and new 1×4 gig of ram
But still the same problem persist MOBO BEEPS but no display nor output (exact same problem as in old motherboard) cpu fan still work and using old cpu, psu and hdd and it seems to cpu getting heated up
Please help!

Just because a rig powers on *or appears to* does not mean the PSU is good...
