Question No display (new motherboard, cpu, and ram)

I recently upgraded my cpu and had to upgrade my motherboard and ram as well. Had some issues with the first motherboard and returned it. The second one booted but there is no display. On top of that I noticed that the cpu fan wasn’t turning on either. The cpu was used as well as the first motherboard so they might have both broke?
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Desktop Memory Kit - Black

I am not home right now so it will take me awhile to check. Although it fit in perfectly fine. So that could be it.

Just checked and all the pins are perfectly straight
