I turned on my PC this morning and there was no sound. The Intel HD sound has disappeared, so I restarted the PC and another one( realtek) also disappeared. It used to be 3 but 2 disappeared, leaving only one, which didn't even work. Out of frustration, I pressed the RESET button on my Case ( without knowing what it was). My monitor went to sleep on the spot. I panicked and forced shut down the PC by pressing the power button. When I turned it back on, I have no display, no beep (as it used to be). All fans spin
I took out the ram, graphics but nothing is happening..

I want to know if this can affect my motherboard or processor?

Specs:
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA H110M
RAM: 8GB DDR4
PROCESSOR: I5 7500
PSU: CORSAIR CX 600M
GPU: GTX 650TI
CASE: COOLER MASTER

Solution
Reset is the same as turning power off then on without powering down drives, video, etc.... it just tells the computer to restart. Not a good thing if you were doing installs or updates. That being said the computer should have started normally. No post of beeps may be the processor or motherboard
