No display, no beep

I just build my new ryzen pc with spec :
Ryzen 5 1400
Msi B350M Gaming Pro
Corsair LPX 3200 16Gb
PSU Sama Armor 750Watt 80 Gold
AMD HD 7700

First i try method with just using 1 slot ram, and i can get in BIOS, then i try to update the bios, because i think my ram doesnt support on older bios, when update already 50% my pc restart, after that no display ez debug led blink on cpu and dram, when i just put procesor and cpu fans without ram and vga, there are 3 short beep, anyone know how to fix this ? Please

It's unusual for the system to reboot in the middle of a BIOS update. Have you ruled out that your PSU isn't faulty, by borrowing a reliable unit off your friend/neighbor? Your PSU's stickered wattage is fine but the quality is far than comforting to me.

FYI , the HD7700 is merely a series number. What is the specific make and model of your GPU?

Try and remove the CMOS battery for at least 15 minutes before replacing it and see if you can get into BIOS. if you do get into BIOS please verify the BIOS revision your board came with and/or if the BIOS update took place.

Sorry got a typo there, my gpu Gigabyte HD 7770 1GB 128 bit ddr5, i want to change to rx 570 for next upgrade

I already test with my friend PSU and its still the same as before
