Hi Everyone,

I am frequent viewer but first time poster.
So current situation I decided to upgrade my PC after having my motherboard fail on me.
I purchased a new motherboard and new SSD and kept everything else.

On first boot the computer works fine. It loads and gets to installing Windows.
Once I shutdown or restart it, the computer does not show any display, the keyboard and mouse doesn't light up and basically doesn't even boot. I can't even get to the BIOS. There are no POST beeps at all. I then forcefully hold down the power button to shut it down and turn it on to boot it up and still no display or anything.

I left my computer overnight booted it up in the morning after 10 hours and the computer boots and works fine. Again I restart it and the same issue occurs, no display or I/O connections.
Thinking to myself that I had not inserted some components properly

I started to remove components one by one and booted and shutdown to test.
I removed the graphics card and tried the onboard graphics still no display.
I removed the optical drive, no change.
I removed the SSD, no change
I removed 1 stick of RAM, no change, I put the other stick in and remove the other, no change.
Tried different slots with each RAM, no change.

Remove both RAM sticks, no POST beeps? is that normal?
Tried troubleshooting by everyones recommendation on the forums to remove the CMOS battery and have the tower turned off and unplugged for roughly 30minutes, no change.

All that is left is the CPU, Motherboard, PSU.
So either of these components are faulty? or did I do something wrong with installing my components?

Something that could hold some interest is that when I booted my computer and it loaded to windows and then I restarted and no display issue came and the I/O issue as well I tapped on my keyboard and the lights of my keyboard came on for a brief second as I tapped the keyboard.

Hoping someone has a solution for this issue and thanks in advance.

If you require the models of my components I am happy to show it later when I get home from work. But I doubt its necessary. If you believe it to be a PSU issue, my PSU is a CX600 Corsair from memory But again after removing all my components and leaving the CPU and motherboard without the graphics card the issue still occurs.
