Question No display, no keyboard and no mouse after enabling Secure Boot ?

Recently I had to enable Secure Boot in order to install windows 11, but when i applied the changes from the bios and restarted, i had no signal and no keyboard and no mouse working. the fans and rgb work, also the gpu fans go at 100% for a short time, and then to a lower speed, and so on.

i tried all basic stuff, removing mb battery, using the clear cmos pins, tried another cpu, changed ram to other slot, removed gpu (i dont have an igpu), but none of that worked.
any ideas?

mb: gigabyte ab350m ds3h v2
cpu: ryzen 5 5600
ram: 16gb 2x8
psu: sentey 550w
gpu: asrock rx 570
ssd crucial 240gb
