No display, no keyboard, no mouse powering

Hello.

My pc was working fine then I took the hardware out to cut some holes for better cablemanagement and hoovered the dust out at the same time.

now, ive plugged it back together and now the keyboard, mouse or screen shows no signs of life but if i plug a usb card reader in the led light shows up on that. All the fans spin, the lights on the case work, the cpu fan spins etc

im confused, whats wrong and why won't my mouse, keyboard or screen load?

ive tested the mouse, keyboard and monitorthey all work

4gb ram
intel e2220 processor
250gb hdd
g15 keyboard
nvidia geforce gtx 260
creative soundblaster x-fi professional
CIT 650watts power supply

Did you overclock ANYTHING? Because I have done this too, but then overclocked and wondered why nothing even blinked.

Nope i didnt overclock anything just took apart cleaned it up and sorted the cables out, and put it back to together
