Question No Display on boot - B350 PC MATE Mobo EZ Debug CPU & DRAM LEDs flashing

Hello,

First, my setup...
Mobo : B350 PC MATE
CPU : 1 x AMD Ryzen 5 1600 6 Core AM4 +Wraith cooler
GPU: MSI GTX 1080Ti
PSU: Corsair CX650M
RAM: 2x8gb of RAM (Corsair LPX Vengeance)

The Mobo's EZ Debug CPU & DRAM LEDs are flashing and nothing else happens.

I've followed the checklist on the pinned thread. I started the PC with 1 RAM stick in each slot for each stick of RAM.
I've also unscrewed the CPU fan to have a look at the CPU, which looks good in appearance. No pins out of order from what I see, the socket looks fine. Admittedly, I've not reapplied thermal paste since I bought the CPU which was early 2018, not sure if that's the problem. The CPU stays cold.

I've been running this setup for at least a year without serious issues until now. Went on holiday for a week, returned yesterday, ran the PC without issues in the evening even played some steam games, and today it won't display anything.

I'm desperate at this point. I'm out of my depth and can't tell which part is faulty / needs replacing, or if it's something stupidly simple that I'm missing.

Thanks for answering, I'll get my hands on a paper clip and give it a shot, though I doubt it'll be the issue because power does seem to get to the mobo as the CPU fan and case fans are spinning without any issues.

You'll need a voltmeter , set to DC, to check the voltages if you don't have one. The paperclip just turns it on.

Is corsair cx650 enough for 1080ti ?
