No display on boot, replug HDMI to get display?

I got my new video card GTX Geforce 760 Zotac AMP. I plugged it in, first time it booted it was good, updated drives. Rebooted, blank display. I unplugged HDMI and replugged it while it was on, display came up. Decided to play games it worked great! But why is there no display when I boot... It works fine but this a driver issue right?

Nevermind I figured it out. Strangely enough when I re-downloaded the HD Audio driver it fixed the problem... Strange that an audio driver would do this.
