no display on monitor

I have a ASUS M2N68-am plus with amd sempron processor not been in turn, after all this time I tried to turn on again, burning CPU but NO DISPLAY ON MONITOR

Check your RAM, remove all but one stick and power on see if it works if not try another stick and so on until you have checked all your sticks (Please use only slot A1 for the testing, and have the monitor connected and turned on)
