No display on monitor

I was recently playing a game on my PC when i noticed my ping was higher than usual i tried to point my wifi adapter in a different direction this caused my monitor to flash on and off for a couple seconds until it said no hdmi was connected i was confused and tried restarting my pc and still no connection. Any help?

try clearing the cmos as have found that to work sometimes to kickstart a stubborn system.
