No display on Monitor

Installed New gpu and now monitor won’t turn on and GPU has fans running on max, but when i remove gpu my monitor turns on perfect.
I updated bios but still the same problem.

I have 550 wats power supply
Motherboard gigabyte H77-D3H
8gb ddr3 ram
i3 3220 3.3ghz CPU

My gpu is gtx 1050 ti oc edition Zotac

What is to be the problem???

Are you plugging monitor into GPU or MB ?
