Question No display on monitor

I have tried several troubleshooting methods that i found on this forum such as reseating everything, trying different RAM slots, tried booting without gpu, tried a new cpu still didn't work and installed an internal speaker but there were no bleeps from the motherboard. Also tried booting with one RAM stick. I think the problem is with either my motherboard or my power supply (also tried a different power supply still didn't work.)
Specs:
Motherboard : Asus Prime Z390-P
CPU: I5-9600k
GPU: RTX 2070
RAM: Hyper X DDR4 2x4 GB and 1x8 GB
PSU: Corsair VS550 550 W

take the 2070 out and test with just the igpu?

EVGA 430 W power supply, and i have tried internal graphics did not work and i think the bios of the motherboard is the earliest version which doesn't actually support my CPU so i tried an 8th gen CPU that supports the initial bios according to the ASUS website but still didn't work.

the new build should boot with my 540w psu though shouldn't it? not sure if it's an error with the PSU or the motherboard
