So i have this very old pc that im trying to revive just for my sibling, the problem is it doesn't have any display at all but the Desktop or the system works silently. So i tried to reseat the ram, and cmos still the same so i think the motherboard or cpu has the problem. So i tried to pull out the CPU Power the 4 pin thing to run it and start the system it turns on with loud noise and the cpu fan is working also, so is it the cpu have the problem?

Specs:
Intel Pentium E6600
P5G41T M LX3
2x4GB ram
No gpu

And im planning to buy cheap cpu Inte core 2 duo E8600 does it have built in low graphics? Or do i need yo buy GPU to run it?

Firstly Check if there is an Jumper on The chassis pins(Exactly like the Picture Showed Above)Located Under the Secondary(Light Blue)PCI slot.
If you don't have jumpers Connected Make sure you put one on the 1-2 CHASSIS Pins and Put another One on the BIOS Default mode on the Motherboard 1-2 pins.
Try Booting Up only using One RAM Stick Per Time and PEr RAM Slot.
Maybe Test Power Supply Or Replace Power Supply.

The Inte core 2 duo E8600 HAs really low Internal Graphics...I would Buy a GPU if i were you.
