Hello,

I am receiving no signal on my monitor when I power on my PC. The CPU fan spins, my mobo led lights up, and my keyboard lights up so I assume it's receiving a signal. I've tried unplugging my monitor as well as switching between display port and hdmi cables but to no avail. Somebody please help. My specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI PRO B550-VC ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Storage: Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case

All of my parts are brand new excluding my ram, hdd,and my psu (thermal take 500w) which was given to me by a friend. I am also for the time being just using integrated graphics.

Tried one stick at a time and still received no signal to the monitor.

Not exactly sure about this CMK16GX4M2D3600C18 is what Amazon has listed as item model number if that is what you're referring to.
Your memory is listed in the motherboard Qvl so that should not be the issue. The bios does not require an update for your cpu so that is out. The only other thing I could offer is to reseat the power cables, and if that is unsuccessful check your cpu for bent pins. What are you using for the os hd or m2?
