No display on my new motherboard

I have just built my PC got it together and now go to plug it in and set it up but I have no display the cords are all plugged in what do I do now?

try both mb and gpu one may be on and one may be off. if not pull gpu and one ram stick see if the bios posts. if there no post make sure the standoffs are under the mb and the mb not shorting out.
