Question No display on new build Ryzen 3900x taichi x570 1080ti

Hello ,
i just built a new pc today
gtx 1080ti (old one i had which i'm sure it's working)
Ryzen9 3900x
taichi x570
1tb seagate
16gb ram Evox 3600mhz
evga 750w

when i start the pc the fans start , leds on for (cpu fan , mobo and gpu )
the Dr,debugger leds turn on and run through multiple numbers then off (i believe that's how asrock boards tell you that everything is working fine )
although i get no Error code i still have no display .
the pc doens't restart or anything it stays on , and i can reset it by clicking on the reset button.

i have tried the following :

• reseating the CPU / GPU
• Using one/two sticks of RAM, in different slots
• Unplugging the 8pin and 24pin and plugging them in again.
• I've ensured there's no damaged pins in the socket

1). When you turn the PC on do the fans spin up to max?
2). Have you tried a different cable/different port/different monitor
3). Have you tried a different port on the GPU
4). Have you tried another GPU
5). Have you tried moving the GPU to another PCIe slot
6). Have you tried unplugging the HDD
7). Have you tried using both sticks of ram individually in all the slots
8). Have you tried taking it out the case and testing it
