Question No display on new build.

P31 Gold Nvme m.2 500gb ssd
Evga 600 BQ bronze psu
HP x24i monitor


Sort of a new build. My old parts im replacing are h410m mobo, i3-10100, pny ssd. The other parts are the same I used in last build.

So I finished the build and im getting no display. None of my debug lights are on. Ive tried reconnecting all cables. I've flashed the bios to newest version. I've tried putting hdmi into mobo. I've tried all possible ram positions

Thinking it over just now and this is my first time using m.2 drive, could me not setting it correctly cause a no display situation?

I always post questions too early. After reading like my 30th thread someone suggested loosening their cpu cooler. Did that and boom its working. Wow.
