Question no display on new pc

Hello today i build my new pc but when i start it i cant see anything on display but fans are working, when i plug keyboard in, it doesnt work, monitor doesnt work either, but i tried to charge my phone and it was charging. I am now running my pc with motherboard, cpu, power supply. I tried to start it with hdd, ram and GPU but still black screen on monitor and keyboard not working either.

My pc specs :

PRIME B360M-A
intel core i5 8400,
Nvidia gforce GTX 1660 6gb
Coolermaster 700W,

How i said i cant even go to bios because i cant see anything on display and keyboard isnt working too. Thanks for answers. (sorry for my bad english)

According to specs sheet, the GTX 1660 needs to be connected to the PSU with 8-pin PCIe cable. Have you done this?

Hello, yes i done that but, i tried it without graphics card and still nothing.

Try to boot with one stick of ram after u reseat it.

I tried that also, still nothing. I forgot to said that CPU is like 2 years old, so maybe that can be an issue because it maybe fried but i dont know.
