Question No display on PC's boot with new CPU

Hello,

Recently I bought a new Intel i3-9100F CPU and installed it on my PC with:

Graphics card: GIGABYTE RTX 3070 EAGLE 8G
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 UD
RAM: 8GB DDR4 SDRAM 1333.33 MHz

I have another CPU which is an Intel Pentium Gold G5420. Whenever I install it on the same PC and press the power button the system boots fine with display.
But with this new Intel i3-9100F whenever I install it on the PC and press the power button it boots with no display and the VGA LED on the motherboard lights up.

I think the system boots fine with this new CPU because whenever I press the Cap Lock and Num Lock buttons their lights turn on and off when booting, also the HDD LED blinks when booting. It just boots with no display I guess.

What's the problem?
Is it because the Intel i3-9100F requires an external graphics card to work and the Intel Pentium Gold G5420 has an integrated GPU?
Please help!

I finally solved it!.

I've tried a bunch differents things:

-Remove the CMOS and put it on again with the F9 version of the BIOS.
-Flash the BIOS to the newest version (F10).
-Remove the CMOS and put it on again with the F10 version of the BIOS.
-Put the RAM on all the other memory slots.

None of these things worked.

The only thing that worked is installing the GIGABYTE RTX 3070 EAGLE 8G on another PCI express x16 slot by following this webpage advice https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000021605/processors.html.

Does anyone know why when I install the GPU in all PCI express x16 slots except the main slot it works?
