No Display on screen

Hello guys, i am wondering what is wrong with my computer. I have recently had a problem with my computer.I am trying to turn on my computer, the pc turns on with the led and fans etc but i get no display to the screen. I thought my power-supply was the problem, so i bought a 850W and put that in. Still no output on the screen. So now i am utterly confused on what the problem is....

My Specs:

CPU : i7 3770k @ 3.5ghz
GPU : Nvidia GTX 760 2GB
PSU : Had a Corsair cx430, now i put in a Raidmax 850Watt.
Hdd: 7200 RPM seagate
sdd: 128gb ssd
Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 Motherboard
RAM: 16GB RAM

What i notice is that on the motherboard, there is a constant error code 4F, it cycles around randomly then comes back to 4F and keeps doing that while no display appears on the screen. What do you think might be causing this? Please help i'm very confused and out of hope :/

I had this problem once and it turned out to be a damaged ram stick, try to boot your PC with only one ram stick inserted at a time and see what happens, if it boots try to see wich ram stick is faulty and throw it away...it may be many other things but if everything was working fine and all of a sudden it fails to boot and display anything i would start there...

Just tried that, with one stick out and the other in, still no luck no boot screen at all. pc still turns on though, motherboard keeps saying Error code 4f then cycles and comes back.

Try removing your GPU then insert your VGA cord to the motherboard's VGA Port.

Tried unplugging the GPU and puttiing the vga to motherboard. Still nothing. There is no boot screen at all, and for reference i had this pc working for the last 8-10 months without a problem until this started to happen a week or so ago.
