No display or beep when computer turns on

I recently purchased a computer that came as a bundle from NewEgg, so I know all parts are compatible. I hooked everything up and turned the computer on, and was happy to see it running. The display LEDs were illuminated and all fans were running. Though, I did notice that there was no beep from my motherboard speaker. Also, when I plugged in my monitor, there is no display on the screen.

I unhooked every component down to just the CPU, ram and motherboard. I tried taking the RAM stick out and booting it, and I'm met with a series of very fast and continuous beeps from my motherboard speaker. This shows that the speaker is working fine by giving my the RAM error code. Yet, when I put it back in, I receive no beeps at all. Any clue on what my problem could be?

WOW, that is just mind boggling.

As for the OP. Are you running on-board or a GFX card? Does your mobo have an onboard? If it has an on-board I would reset the BIOS and use it to start with.

Actually you are as well posting the entire setup, PSU included.

No it's not mind boggling a lot of builders can use different parts for different builds and will take advantage of the savings, their bundles usually include slow moving products, overstocked products, or bad ones that nobody will buy.

Your power supply only has a 4 pin connector for the CPU power and the motherboard has a 8 pin connector.

This hasn't been a problem in the past. I've had builds that had 8 pin connectors for CPU's but only needed 4 pin to run.
