Question No Display & Peripherals not working, tower on

Hi.
My computer has stopped working and I'm unsure as to why.
The tower is powering on but there is no display. My mouse and keyboard are not responding but my peripherals have been tested on another machine and are working. I have noticed a white light/LED on the motherboard that I don't think was there previously. I have also noticed it changing between white and orange.
The screen and PC froze whilst I was playing FIFA 21, there was a buzzing noice through the headphones and the computer was unresponsive. I switched off the power to the PC and have switched it back on but it is not working.
My PC is:
ROG Strix B450F Gaming Motherboard
Ryzen 5 3400 G with Vega 11 integrated graphics
Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVME M.2
Corsair Vengeance LPX x2 8Gb
Corsair A500 Dual CPU Box cooler
Corsair TX550M Power Supply
Any help is greatly appreciated.

just the igpu? no other gpu?

when you said mouse and keyboard not responding, there is no led on the mouse and keyboard? could be the motherboard failed

the infrared on the mouse is lighting up, but not the led on my keyboard. Lights still coming on on the motherboard.
no other GPU.
