No display+ rebooting

Hello guys im having an issue since yesterday, when my screen turned white and the only thing I could have done was restarting my pc. Then when I tried restarting my pc tried to turn on but on monitor there was no display and computer started rebooting. If I don't stop him he will reboot for infinite time and there will still be no display. Is there any solution for this?
PS sorry for my English but I'm not native speaker

if it is rebooting in a loop on it's own then is not a monitor issue.

I presume this is a desktop not a laptop, correct?

Yep,it is a desktop.I tried removing/ relocating ram and removing cmos battery but nothing worked.PC still keeps rebooting when I try to turn it on

does the motherboard have onboard video & are you using a videocard?

Yes I'm using video card because I don't have adapter to try my motherboard video card

can you borrow a video cable from a friend for testing purposes that is compatible with your motherboard video port & monitor?

Yes but I can do it only after Sunday. I'll reply here after testing the motherboard video.

Okay, my friend solved this problem. It was graphics card issue, he gave me cheap 512mb card for now but I need to buy a better one in price range of 180€/£. I was thinking about gtx 1050 ti or rx 470. Can u tell me which one is better?
Btw I have i5-2400 3.1 ghz and 590 W power supply
