I built a desktop some years ago which has an ASUS P8Z77-V motherboard with an i5 processor. The monitor is an ASUS VK222 connected to the the onboard DVI port on the motherboard.
On Tuesday evening the monitor started showing "DVI no signal". I tried reconnecting the cable and tried connecting using an HDMI but still no signal.
The VK222 monitor works with a different PC and the computer with a DELL monitor. It seems there is a problem with this specific monitor. I went to the drivers page on the official website and downloaded and installed the chipset & VGA drivers which has made no difference.
Interestingly I'm getting no signal with an ASUS VE228, however it does work with a DELL monitor.
I'm unsure what the next step is here, can anyone help?
