Question No Display To Monitor

Computer worked fine until yesterday, I removed and cleaned the RAM, removed the CMOS battery, checked that the monitor still works, and checked the cable but I still get no signal. I was able to get into the BIOS yesterday so I know that the graphics card still works, now I am unable to do anything. Please help

msi mpg b550 gaming plus

got the pcie power to the gpu?
cpu fan spin?
monitor connect to the gpu?
any of the EZ Debug LED on?

Everything turns on, the RAM lights up, the CPU cooler spins, the GPU lights up and spins and there is a solid white light that alternates between CPU, DRAM, VGA, and BOOT.
