No display upon restart

Here’s the full story:

Decided to build a pc for the first time and everything went well... to start with.

I managed to install windows 10 and all the drivers then restarted -> everything went well. I installed steam etc. I also installed rgb fusion for the motherboard(to change the colours) but the colours didn’t change so I thought I needed to restart it but before I restarted I realised I installed both the amd chipset and the nvidia drivers so i uninstalled the amd driver chipset(because I think I don’t need it) and now no display is showing up.

What could be the problem? Everything runs fine I.e the fans are working(case fans, cooler fans, and the gpu fan. Case led works and the led strip connected to the sata works as well) but no display, I suspect it could be a dead mobo after searching around

I think it definitely is a mobo problem. Breadboarded it with only psu, cpu and ram and connected hdmi to the hdmi slot on mobo and when I turn it on all fans spin but no display still.
