So I recently order a new PC. Parts are a B450 Tomahawk motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5 2600 CPU, Radeon RX580 graphics card, CX550M Corsair PSU, Corsair 2x8GB Vengeance LPX RAM, 970 EVO NVMe M.2 500GB SSD, and a 2TB HHD. Everything is put together, everything is seated correctly, plugged in, cords going where they need to go, and yet, when I turn it on, there's no display on the screen. None of the debug lights are on, all the fans are spinning up. I've tried the Flash BIOS with the most recent version for this motherboard, I've completely disassembled and reassembled the thing, and various other attempted solutions have been tried, but nothing has worked. I'm concerned it's a bad GPU, but I don't have another computer to try it out with, frankly, I'm at my wit's end and I still have no clue what's going on that's preventing me from getting any sort of display.
