Question No display when connected to graphics card, display works only when plugged into motherboard

Parts list:
Ryzen 3 2200G, MSI RX 580 8GB, 16GB G.SKILL RIPJAWS, MSI B450M PRO-M2, 550W PSU

When I plug my HDMI into my GPU, which previously worked, it shows no display (monitor turns on but says no signal), but when I plug it into my motherboard using integrated graphics it works. Note: I have cleared CMOS a million times and reset my PC

550W is the wattage of the PSU. What is the make and model of the unit? As for your motherboard, if you're able to get into BIOS, can you check and see what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing? How old is the PSU in your build?
