So basically I have decided to fix my Dual RAMs MHz after using a performance check with a software I noticed my MHz is 2133 when I actually should have 3200 MHz.

I built my PC my own self and I put my memories on slot 3 and 4 since my cooler is on the way, I didn't know I had to put them on slot 2 and 4, but in fact my PC was working fine for more than 2 years with the RAMs inserted on slot 3 and 4 it's just the memory clock problem and it also says that I am on single channel. So now after I changed to slot 2 and 4 my PC display isn't working and the LED DRAM and CPU light on my motherboard keep flashing, I don't know what to do please help.

The manual says I need to put them on slot 2 and 4 but the only way I can see my display is by adding them on slot 3 and 4.

I am using Msi Z170A GAMING PRO motherboard with Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz (PC4-25600) C16 Memory Kit

Solution
Memory runs at (SPD) Serial Presence Detect speeds if left on [Auto]. If SPD speed of your memory is 2133MHz, then that is what it runs at.

You can enable XMP (eXtreme Memory Profile) or manually set:
Memory clock speed
DRAM timings
DRAM voltage

Slots not working properly may be caused by faulty CPU installation where some pins in CPU socket are bent or broken.
