Recently, I had an issue for my computer which is unable to boot due to no signal. I tried replacing the power supply and even reseated the ram. None of those worked. I also cleaned the CPU processor. Is there anything I need to do to resolve this problem?

A misconfigured BIOS/UEFI can prevent your desktop computer from starting. Accessing these settings requires launching your computer in BIOS mode. That's why you need to check Secure Boot. Secure Boot on some unacceptable settings can cause your computer not to start. You can disable Secure Boot in the BIOS, however, doing so may necessitate that you reset Windows 10 to factory settings as well as reset your BIOS.

Google this exact problem and it was pretty simple, I didn't have the 8 pin AuxPwr3 cable by the CPU plugged in. Bone head move, but in my defense, I built this new rig over a month ago and never powered it on. LOL - Live and learn.
