Question No display with an AMD Firepro W5100 GPU ?

Hello! I have an MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) motherboard on which I have installed an AMD Firepro W5100 GPU.
However, I'm getting no display at all. What should I do?

It works with the onboard graphics. The processor is AMD FX 6100
