Question No display with gpu

Help please. I have an ex-a320m motherboard with an apu, its working fine but when I put my old gpu, its not displaying anything but the fan is spinning. I tried to put my old gpu to my other pc and its working. Is my pcie slot broken?

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS ?

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS ?

I just tried updating my bios and resetting the cmos, switch ram slot again, still no signal.
