Question No display with HDMI, only with VGA.

So basically, if I plug in my HDMI cable it doesn't show any signal, i've tried multiple HDMI cables. My monitor does connect with my PS4 and Nintendo Switch, so I doubt that its a problem with my monitor. VGA does connect but then my screen has blue pixelated lines over the screen.

Everytime I install or try to install AMD drivers my screen turns black, and becomes unresponsive. Which forces me to restart my PC with no new installed drivers.

make and model of the gpu and psu?
could be one or both of them are failing
