No Display with New CARD

Hey I received a new ZOTAC RTX 2060 AMP yesterday and I plugged it in my PC today. After plugging in the card in my pc I was not getting any display on my monitor but after looking carefully it said "0_" in the bottom right corner. I was able to boot up the PC with my old card but with the new card there was no display apart from the "0_" displaying at the bottom.

My PC specs are as follow

CPU - I7 2600K
Motherboard - INTEL DP67BG
RAM - CORSAIR VENGENCE DDR3 16GB
HARD DRIVE SAMSUNG EVO 750
POWER SUPPLY - CORSAIR 850XM

Now we might usually think its a compatibility issue but I saw a video by UFDTech he was able to run 2080 ti with a 10 year old cpu

I did a little bit of googling and also found this thread with another PC encountering same problem with same motherboard and cpu but it didn't work for me

Now I dont have any problem building a new PC but I would like to exhaust all options before taking any such step as the market doesnt have any product that gets me excited to buy it .
