No display ?

Alright guys! Just need some advice at the moment , built a PC a few weeks ago and nipped of for my tea so I put it in to sleep mode. I came back and powered it on but the tv kept saying no signal but the pic boots up normal even tried different tv but still says no signal please help guys!! Cheers

System it as follows
Intel I5 4460
Ripjaws 8gb 1600 ram
Asrock anniversary
Xfx xtr 650 psu
Just using onboard graphic till gpu comes

take the power off the wall and clear the cmos see if it posts. if it posts check that the mb has the newest bios on it. if it wont post see if someone has a volt meter (dc). connect the meter black lead to any of the 24 pin black wires. with the red led check the power supply output make sure there all within atx spec. or try a test unit. with a new rig it going to be power or a parts failure.

How you reset cmos mate? Sorry for dum question and what you suspect will be wrong ? Thank you for the advice !

near the cmos battery should be a jumper. some are 3 pin some are 2. the three pin ones will say 1-2 normal pins 2-3 clear. with the pc off and unplugged from the wall move the jumper to pins 2-3. for the two pin jumpers some clear when the jumper is removed or jumper is placed on the pins.

look for any fault led on. look to see if the green power good led on the mb is on and stable. if it blinking it may be bad power supply. if you dont have any spare parts you may have to see if your local shop can test the pc out see if it the power supply or mb that failed.
