Core i5 6500 ..gigabyte b150m ds3h ...ram 2400 mhz...the cpu and mobo only support 2133 or so...is the ram will make the system not to post ..is not posting ...do i need to buy a 2133 stick ram

The memory should default to 2133.
Reset CMOS and move the memory to a different slot.

I did it but still nothing ..ill try outside the case cause did work outside on first
