Question No Display

Today i installed the corsair h60 aio into my system. All seemed to go smoothly, but upon turning my PC on, there was no display. I took the cooler off and checked if anything was damaged on the cpu and board and from what I can see it seems fine. The cpu also heated up when booted without the cooler on so it seems the CPU is alright. Everything else like fans and the gpu start up as well, but still, there is no detection of the PC on my monitor (which works with another PC when tested). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Specs:
CPU: i7 7700
GPU: gtx 1060 (3gb)
Ram: 16GB adata XPG
MB: some Asus board

Try re-seating the RAM (with the power unplugged from the wall, remove each stick and replace all)

Start with the GPU only? What do you mean?
And the PSU is some PSU that came with the computer so I'm not sure. It says Allied on the side

Try using the video outputs on your motherboard instead of your graphics card to ensure that the graphics card is not your problem.
