Question No display

Hello, I just got the ryzen 7 2700 with the MSI b450 gaming pro carbon and when I hooked it up to my pc and plugged in my gtx 1070 I'm not getting any display and the fans are spinning. If anyone could help me out with this issue that would be great thanks

Motherboard - MSI gaming pro carbon ac
GPU - msi gtx 1070
PSU - evga 750w

Sure you've plugged the monitor into the GPU? (And not motherboard)

I've plugged it into both neither work

Maybe try it on another monitor or TV with an HDMI port, DVI or Display Port. If it doesn't work ether, reinstall windows in your ssd or hdd on another pc, also works with a laptop if you have extension cables for the hdd.
In my case was the HDMI port that I OC the monitor, I switched the cable in the other port and it worked. Maybe you messed around with nvidia control panel.
