Start with getting a new microSD card, with newly created Noobs image. Please list RPi model, and how it's connected.

I have no idea on what to do , I never used anything like this.

here are some photos hopefully this help

What is a noob image?
can I use a usb instead of a microSD?
He uses a Android cord to turn it on It plugs into the wall to the raspberry

Carefully disconnect and remove RPi from that enclosure. Get a USB keyboard, mouse, good USB charger, HDMI cable, 8GB microSD card (yes, you need it). Connect RPi directly to a HDMI monitor / TV.

I dont have a micro sd card , i thought there would be on in it. Where do I go to buy one?

And do you want me to take the whole raspberry out of the case?

You don't want to damage the D card already there. You get these from places which sell electronic stuff - Amazon, Newegg, BestBuy.

If you ultimately want to use the card already there - make sure you first make a backup of it. Win32 Disk Imager is one of best utilities to read and write SD cards.

so there is a card in it? I checked for a sd card in it and found nothing

For Pete' sake, read some documentation about the Raspberry if you want to troubleshoot it!!!

Your picture shows the empty encloures, the SD card is on the RPi board itself. It is spring-loaded, you should be able to locate it. There's even a slot on the enclosure for it!

But - looking at your abilities, you'd better find out someone who really knows what he/she is doing!!!
