Question No Display

I've recently built a new pc and have been having an issue where it commonly doesn't show any display on my monitor. I will turn it on and there will be no signal on my monitor. So I will then hard reset it and turn it back on and it will work fine. This happens nearly every time I normally shut down my pc and then try to start it up the next time. Any suggestions?

Ryzen 5 3600, Nvidia geforce 2070 super.. Dell qhd monitor and an acer monitor.. Both hooked up to the same gfx card

dp cable involved?

Dp cable for my primary monitor and an hdmi for the other

If disconnecting the dp and starting the board, same issue?

Yes, and when the pc goes to sleep after awhile of not using it, the display won't turn back on without restarting the pc

Have you tried updating the board's BIOS?

The bios and all of my drivers are up to date

It could be a board, or power supply issue.
