so when i first built my pc, i had this issue. then one day it randomly fixed itself somehow and was fine for 9 months.
then randomly one day after updating my gpu, the problem started to happen again. now for the past 4-5 months anytime i want to turn my pc on, i need to flip the power switch off, flip it back on, and boot up my pc. If i restart my pc it doesnt load. I get the error "no dp signal found, entering power save mode." meanwhile it was just on.
this has been on going for months and now ive finally decided to give in and just see how i can fix it if possible.

AMD RYZEN 5 2600
GIGABYTE B450 GAMING X
MSI RX590
