no drive found while flashing bios in q flash

i just built a new pc with Gigabyte GA-78lmt as my Motherboard. But when i tried to update the bios in the q flash, it says no drive found. and when i try to save the current bios nothing appears.
what do i do?

Have you tried different USB ports on the back? Try one of the ones above the PS2 connector. They are USB2 only.

okay that worked now i have a new problem. it says "File Size is incorrect" Now what do i do? 🙁

You need to verify which version of that motherboard you have. You probably downloaded the wrong file. If you still have the motherboard box, or as I do a PICTURE of the motherboard box info then you can find it there. Otherwise it should be printed on the motherboard near the PCI slots along the back edge.
