no drive found while flashing bios in q flash

i just built a new pc with Gigabyte GA-78lmt as my Motherboard. But when i tried to update the bios in the q flash, it says no drive found. and when i try to save the current bios nothing appears.
what do i do?

Have you tried different USB ports on the back? Try one of the ones above the PS2 connector. They are USB2 only.

okay that worked now i have a new problem. it says "File Size is incorrect" Now what do i do?

You need to verify which version of that motherboard you have. You probably downloaded the wrong file. If you still have the motherboard box, or as I do a PICTURE of the motherboard box info then you can find it there. Otherwise it should be printed on the motherboard near the PCI slots along the back edge.

you're right!! thanks man! i downloaded the ultra durable 4 version . My version is the usual Ultra Durable.
