Ok so I just got a computer mailed to me from some dealer in Colorado. It's supposed to have windows vista on it already. When I try to turn on my computer however I get a black screen where I can't do anything. The disk I got is a Dell operating systems disk and when I try to use that my computer tells me that there are no device drivers found. So I don't know what I can do.
